PriorDM ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our paid messaging marketplace platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile photo (if provided), and any other information you choose to add to your public profile such as a bio and social media links. If you sign up using a third-party service (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed through our third-party payment processors — Stripe (for USD payments) and Cashfree (for INR payments). We do not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on our servers. Our payment processors may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We receive limited transaction data such as transaction IDs, amounts, and payment status.

Messages & Content

We store the messages you send and receive through the Service to facilitate the messaging marketplace. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not read or analyze the content of your messages for advertising or marketing purposes.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Service, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other diagnostic data. This information helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
